High-Efficiency Decolorizing Flocculant
High-Efficiency Decolorizing Flocculant is a product developed by our company. It is a cationic organic polymer. It has many functions: decolorizing, flocculation, COD reduction, and BOD reduction. It is also called Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Condensate.
Application

It is mainly used for the treatment of industrial wastewater from industries such as textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, pigment, mining, ink, slaughter, and landfill leachate.

It can also be used for the decolorization treatment of high-chroma wastewater from dye factories, and is applicable to the treatment of wastewater containing reactive, acidic, and disperse dyes, etc.

This product can also be used as an anionic trash catcher and charge neutralizer in papermaking.

How to Use
-
Dilution: Mix this product with 5–50 times of water before use. Then add it directly into the wastewater.
- Stirring: Stir for a few minutes. Then let it settle or go through air flotation. You will get clear water after treatment.
- pH Adjustment: Before adding the product, adjust the pH of the wastewater to 7.5–9. This pH range gives better results.
- For Wastewater with High Color or COD: You can use this product together with inorganic coagulants, such as Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) or Ferric salts. Do not mix them before use.
To reduce treatment cost and get better results, you need to test which one should be added first.It depends on your treatment process and test results.
Storage and Packaging

Storage: This product is a general chemical.Store it at room temperature. Do not expose it to strong sunlight.

Packaging: Packed in plastic drums:25KG, 30KG, 50KG, 250KG, 1000KG, 1250KG, or in liquid bags and custom packages as required.

Shelf Life: The product can be stored for 6 months. If stored in low temperature, it may separate into layers or turn white, This is normal. Just stir it well before use, It will still work well. Recommended storage temperature: 5–30°C.
