Description
Water-Based Ink (Coating) Decolorizing Agent
This is a newly developed decolorizing agent by our company, designed for treating wastewater from water-based ink (coating) systems that regular decolorizers cannot handle. It is suitable for high-concentration and high-color wastewater. The product works by neutralizing the negative charges (such as sulfonic and hydroxyl groups) in soluble molecules. It also forms a network structure during hydrolysis, which helps in bridging, capturing, and adsorbing particles, achieving efficient water purification and decolorization.
This product is a quaternary ammonium organic cationic polymer, with strong decolorization and COD removal functions. Its decolorizing performance is much better than traditional inorganic flocculants. In comparison tests with foreign products, under the same dosage and conditions, this product showed better decolorization and COD removal. Decolorization rate: above 95%, COD removal rate: 40%–70%.

How to Use

Add the product directly into the wastewater.

Stir quickly for 3–5 minutes, then stir slowly for a few more minutes.

After flocs form, use air flotation or settling equipment for solid-liquid separation.
This product can be used alone, or together with polyacrylamide or other inorganic coagulants.Combined use can reduce treatment cost and improve sedimentation, thus enhancing performance. pH range of wastewater: 7–10 , Typical dosage: 200–500 ppm.
Storage and Packaging

This is a general chemical product. Store at 5–30°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
