Product Overview:
This product improves coal combustion efficiency and reduces pollution through chemical means—without modifying boiler equipment. Based on coal combustion mechanisms, a small amount of enhancer is added to the coal. Through catalysis, oxidation, and metal ion exchange, it:
- Lowers the activation energy of carbon-oxygen reactions
- Reduces coal ignition temperature
- Increases oxidation rate
- Shortens coal burnout time
- Converts harmful emissions into harmless substances
Performance:
Field tests on various boilers and coal types show:
- Increases thermal efficiency by 10%
- Reduces carbon content in slag by 5.15%
- Saves up to 15.25% coal consumption
Usage Instructions:
The usage method of aqueous solution: Total water added should be 10–20% of coal weight.
- Add water first, then stir in the enhancer.
- Spray or sprinkle evenly onto coal, turning the coal layer for uniform coverage.
- If coal moisture >12%, mix enhancer directly into raw coal.
- If coal moisture <10%, mix enhancer into coal and spray a small amount of water on the pile.
Boiler Adjustment Tips:
- After adding the enhancer, fire becomes stronger. Reduce grate speed slightly (usually one level down).
- More oxygen is needed due to better combustion. Adjust air supply and reduce coal bed thickness accordingly.
