Product Description:
This solid antiscalant is formulated based on the scaling and corrosion patterns of hot water boilers. It offers excellent scale prevention, low corrosion rates, and is safe to use.
Descaling Mechanism:
The product is a blend of alkaline substances and organic compounds.

Alkaline agents react with calcium and magnesium ions in water to prevent the formation of hard scale.

Organic compounds improve the fluidity of sludge for easy discharge and form a protective film on metal surfaces to inhibit scale buildup.

Over time, the antiscalant can also react with existing old scale, causing it to detach—especially effective on boilers with sulfate or silicate scale.
Dosage:
Based on feed water hardness:

For water hardness ≤2 mmol/L: use 40g per ton of water.

For every additional 2 mmol/L of hardness: increase dosage by 35g per ton of water.
Usage:
There are two dosing methods for the boiler scale inhibitor. For boilers equipped with a water tank or pool but without an economizer, the inhibitor can be added directly to the tank or pool. It should dissolve in 80°C hot water and be filtered before use. Intermittent dosing can be applied—either once per shift or all at once.
Maintain boiler water pH between 10–12. Regular blowdown is necessary—5–10% daily rate, at least once per shift, lasting 30–60 seconds.
If water level remains unchanged after blowdown, check for blocked pipes due to detached scale.
Precautions:

Easy in-boiler treatment, but requires responsible operation.

Descale beforehand if possible to avoid pipe blockage from heavy old scale. Flush after shutdown and monitor water level.

Inspect after one month of dosing to clean old scale and assess antiscalant effectiveness. Regular follow-up inspections are recommended.This product is available in both solid and liquid forms. The appropriate type should be selected based on the hardness of the water.
Packaging & Storage:
Available in 25kg and 50kg bags (solid), or 25kg drums (liquid). Store in a cool, dry place.
