Description

High-Hardness Water Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor

Features:

It is a fully organic blend of sulfonated polymers, organophosphonic acids, carboxylic polymers, and copper corrosion inhibitors.
  • Designed for high-alkalinity, high-hardness scaling water.
  • Excellent scale inhibition and corrosion protection.
  • Ideal for high-pH systems; no acid required for pH adjustment.
  • Stable and effective in alkaline environments.

Technical Data:

Item Value
Appearance Reddish-brown transparent liquid
Solid content (%) ≥ 25
Phosphate (as PO₄³⁻) (%) ≥ 16
pH (1% solution) ≤ 2
Density (20°C) (g/cm³) ≥ 1.15

Application:

It is used in open-loop circulating cooling water systems, especially for systems containing copper equipment. Commonly applied in petrochemical, chemical, power, metallurgy, and HVAC systems.

Recommended dosage:

20 mg/L (based on make-up water). No pH adjustment is needed. Maintain residual chlorine at 0.5–1.0 mg/L during chlorination.

Packaging & Storage:

Packed in 25L or 200L plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 10 months.
