We are in a developing market where international shipping takes 6–8 weeks — can we get samples faster?
For markets where we have established logistics partners, we may be able to expedite sample shipments. Contact us with your specific location and we will advise on the fastest available shipping option. For very remote destinations, we can also arrange for samples to be held at our freight partner’s regional hub for local pickup.
We need PAC certified to NSF/ANSI 60 — how quickly can you confirm certification for our specific product requirement?
Our NSF/ANSI 60 certified products are listed in the NSF certified products database — you can verify certification independently before contacting us. When you request our documentation package, we provide the current certificate with the specific product name and certificate number. Certification verification typically takes less than 5 minutes at nsf.org.
What is the smallest quantity we can order for a first trial? For domestic customers: 200 liters (liquid) or 200 kg (powder). For international customers: 1,000 liters (liquid, IBC) or 500 kg (powder, 20 × 25 kg bags). Smaller quantities for initial qualification testing — beyond the free sample — can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
