Product Overview:
Our demulsifier is a high-performance organic polymer, formulated with special modifiers and enhancers during synthesis. It has excellent wetting properties and strong flocculation and coalescence abilities. It quickly breaks oil-water emulsions, achieving fast and effective separation.
Applications:
This product is mainly used for oil removal in:
- Machinery workshops.
- Metal cutting fluid treatment.
- Food processing wastewater treatment.

How to Use:
- Determine the dosage based on the type and concentration of oil in the wastewater through lab testing.
- The product can be diluted 10 times with water or used directly.
- For better results, it can be used together with polyaluminum chloride (PAC) or polyacrylamide (PAM), based on jar tests.
Storage & Packaging:
- Available in 25KG, 200KG, and 1000KG plastic drums.
- Keep sealed and avoid contact with oxidizing agents.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Shelf life: 12 months under normal conditions.
