Sludge Conditioner
Product Introduction
This product is used to dewater biological sludge with 80% moisture content from sewage treatment plants. It breaks the stability of the water between sludge particles. This is done using special functional groups in the flocculant molecules.
After adding this product, a standard diaphragm plate-frame filter press is used. It reduces the sludge moisture from 80% to 50–60%. The sludge changes from a flowable state to a hard, thin sludge cake. Sludge volume is reduced by more than 50%. The heating value of the sludge increases greatly after dewatering. The dewatered sludge has more uses and can be reused as a resource.
This method does not need extra energy. It reduces sludge output and improves sludge quality. For sludge from farms or food factories, it can be used directly as green organic fertilizer.

How to Use
- Dilute the product with 50–200 parts of water.
- Add based on 0.5–1% of dry sludge content.
- Mix well using a pipeline mixer or mixing tank, then feed into a plate-frame filter press.
