Description
Paint Mist Coagulant
Product Introduction
The paint mist coagulant is usually composed of Agent A and Agent B. Agent A is a special treatment agent that removes the stickiness of various types of paint. It is made from special organic polymer compounds. It is especially suitable for use in spray booth circulating water systems, helping to Break down and remove paint stickiness, Remove heavy metals from paint in water, Control biological activity and reduce odor in the circulating water, Lower COD and reduce wastewater treatment costs, Agent B is a special polymer that helps coagulate and suspend the paint sludge treated by Agent A. The sludge floats to the surface, making it easy to remove.
Application Scope
Mainly used for circulating wastewater treatment in painting and coating processes of the machinery manufacturing industry.

Usage Instructions
-
Before using the coagulants, it is recommended to completely clean and replace the water in the tank. After changing the water, adjust the pH to 8–10 using sodium hydroxide. After adding Agents A and B, the final pH of the circulating water should be around 7–8.
-
After changing the water, In the morning, add Agent A at the strongest water flow (near the pump). Continue normal production and spraying. Before the end of the workday, add Agent B at the paint sludge collection area (paint gathering tank). After work, collect the floating paint sludge.
-
Dosage Ratio: Agent A : Agent B = 1 : 1, For every 20–25 kg of overspray paint, add 2–3 kg of each agent. (This is an estimated ratio. Actual usage may vary based on paint type, viscosity, and system condition. In the early stage, slightly higher dosage may be required.)
-
The coagulants can be added manually or by dosing pump. Adjust the dosing pump according to the amount of overspray paint. Typical dosage is about 10–15% of the overspray paint volume.
Storage and Packaging
-
Store in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life: Agent A – 6 months; Agent B – 1 month.
-
Packaging: Available in 25KG, 50KG, or 1000KG plastic drums.
