Formaldehyde-Free Textile Color-Fixing Agent
Product Description
This product is a formaldehyde-free, high-efficiency fixing agent designed to improve the wet fastness of fabrics dyed or printed with direct and reactive dyes. It is based on a cationic polymer and delivers excellent fixing performance without affecting fabric shade or light fastness.

Recommended Application Method
After dyeing and soaping, treat the fabric with this fixing agent under the following conditions:
- Bath pH: 5.5 – 6.5
- Temperature: 50 – 70°C
- Time: 15 – 20 minutes
- Note: Add the fixing agent before heating, then raise the temperature gradually during treatment.
Suggested Dosage:
- Padding Method: 4 – 10 g/L
- Exhaust Method: 0.2% – 0.7% (based on o.w.f.)
The dosage may vary depending on fabric depth and type. Please perform lab testing to optimize the process.
For post-finishing, this product can be used together with nonionic softeners in the same bath.
Storage & Packaging
- Packaging Options: 25KG, 50KG, 125KG, or 1000KG plastic drums.
- Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Shelf Life: 12 months at room temperature.
