Cause of Foam
During the dissolution and decomposition process in aluminum oxide production, a large amount of alkaline foaming agents is added. Heating further promotes foam formation.
Foam Hazards
If not eliminated promptly, foam can cause tank overflow and slow down the dissolution process, reducing production efficiency.
