Product Features:
This product contains catalysts that effectively loosen and remove ash and coke deposits on boiler heating surfaces and economizers. Regular use keeps surfaces clean, improves heat transfer efficiency, and reduces dust emissions. It enhances combustion, increases boiler thermal efficiency, lowers flue gas temperature, and saves fuel.
Applications:
Suitable for removing ash, tar, and carbon deposits from heating surfaces and flue-side metal surfaces in various coal-fired boilers, smelting furnaces, and heaters.
Usage Instructions:
For boilers ≤10 tons:

Method: Add directly through the fire-viewing port or door onto the hot grate area, or mix with an equal amount of coal powder and add through the coal feeder. Ensure strong air blast during combustion.

For boilers >10 tons:

Mix 3–4 kg of the product per ton of coal and add directly into the furnace.

Typical use cycle: 30–50 days. After most deposits are removed, dosage can be reduced by 40–50%. Long-term use prevents new coke formation and reduces coal consumption.
Storage and Packaging:
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid high heat or direct sunlight.
