Efficient water purification: Alumina content ≥ 29%, significant purification effect.
Rapid flocculation and settling: The flocculant is large and dense, with fast settling speed, improving treatment efficiency.
Strong adaptability: PH applicable value of 5.0-9.0, good adaptability to turbidity, alkalinity and temperature changes.
High safety: spray drying process, low heavy metal content, safe addition.
Low corrosiveness: less corrosion to equipment, easy to dissolve, low content of water-insoluble substances, not easy to block pipelines.
Wastewater treatment: strong decolorization, removal of COD, BOD and heavy metals, the effect is better than conventional agents.
Economical and efficient: high molecular weight, low dosage, low cost, better water purification effect than ordinary PAC.
Usage Instructions
First, dissolve the drinking water grade PAC into a solution of 10% -30%, and then dilute it with water to the desired concentration. The optimal pH value for addition is 3.5-5.0, and selecting the appropriate value can fully utilize the coagulation effect. Generally, 20-50 kg of the agent is added per 1 tons of turbid water. When the turbidity of the raw water is high, the dosage should be appropriately increased, and vice versa.
Precautions For Using Polyaluminum Chloride
-
When using, a small test should be conducted based on the water quality to select the best point with good purification effect and small dosage. The solution should be used as needed, and the dosage for non-drinking water should be selected according to the actual situation.
-
When using solids, first add water to dissolve it into a solution of 10% -25%, then dilute it with water to the desired concentration. When dissolving, add water first and then slowly add the material, and constantly stir.
-
Different manufacturers or different brands of water treatment agents should not be mixed and should not be mixed with other chemicals.
-
The original solution and diluent are slightly corrosive, but lower than other inorganic flocculants.
Packaging And Storage
Drinking water grade polyaluminum chloride (solid) is packaged in double layers, with non-toxic polyethylene plastic bags inside, with a thickness of not less than 0.05mm, plus woven bags. The net weight of each bag is 25kg or 50kg (depending on customer requirements).
Store in a cool and dry place, prevent sun and rain, and strictly prohibit storing with flammable, corrosive, and toxic items.
Due to the appropriate salt base degree, high polymerization degree, not easy to absorb moisture, stable quality, and a shelf life of 2 years.
During transportation, there should be a cover to avoid rain and moisture, and keep the packaging intact and clearly labeled.
