Description
Heavy Metal Precipitator
Product Description
It is a high-performance, eco-friendly, and non-toxic chemical designed to effectively remove heavy metals from industrial wastewater. It reacts with a wide range of monovalent and divalent heavy metal ions—such as Fe²⁺, Ni²⁺, Pb²⁺, Cu²⁺, Ag⁺, Zn²⁺, Cd²⁺, Hg²⁺, Ti⁺, and Cr³⁺—to form stable, insoluble compounds that settle out of solution. These precipitates are highly stable and will not redissolve, eliminating the risk of secondary pollution.
Applications
It is suitable for a wide range of industries, including:
-
Coal-fired power plants – Removal of heavy metals from desulfurization wastewater (wet FGD systems)
-
Waste incineration plants – Flue gas treatment for heavy metal removal
-
Industrial wastewater treatment in:
-
Metallurgy
-
Electroplating
-
Electronics
-
Chemical manufacturing
-
Printing
-
Circuit board production
-
Mining
-
Other chemical processing industries
-
