High-Efficiency Ash Water Scale Inhibitor & Dispersant
Overview:
In coal-water slurry gasification processes, ash water treatment involves cooling, heat recovery, gas removal, solid-liquid separation, and recycling. Due to high pressure, high temperature, high turbidity, and high hardness, problems such as scaling, sedimentation, and corrosion frequently occur, affecting stable operation.
It is a new-generation scale inhibitor and dispersant developed specifically for the Texaco coal-water slurry gasification process. It effectively reduces scaling and corrosion, lowers wastewater discharge, and improves ash water reuse efficiency.
Features & Benefits:
- Contains low-molecular phosphonates with high thermal stability and hydrolysis resistance; sulfonate copolymers provide strong dispersion of suspended solids.
- Excellent scale inhibition and dispersion increase ash water reuse, reduce wastewater discharge, save water, and lower treatment pressure.
- Suitable for high-temperature, high-hardness, and high-pH systems; effective below 300°C.
- Inhibits scaling of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, and hydrated iron oxide.
- Offers good corrosion inhibition, extending equipment lifespan.
- Delivers greater overall economic benefits to users.
Usage:
Add continuously and evenly into the system. Recommended dosage: 80–100 ppm, depending on water quality and conditions.

Packaging, Transport & Storage:
