Boiler Shutdown Protective Agent(Solid)

Applications:
Suitable for corrosion protection of all types of steam and hot water boilers during shutdown. Also applicable for steel vessels, pipelines, and other equipment during lay-up.
Usage Instructions:
Drain boiler water while hot. Open manholes and handholes. Dose at 2 kg/m³ by placing the chemical in trays inside the steam drum and headers, or scatter directly into the boiler. Then seal the boiler.
Notes:
- If residual water remains in the boiler, increase dosage to 3–4 kg/m³.
- Safe for boiler systems. No need to remove the product when restarting; just take out the trays.
- For domestic boilers, rinse once with water before startup.
Packaging & Storage:
25 kg woven bags. Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 3 years.
