Description

Defoamer for Weaving & Dyeing

Cause of Foam

In textile processing, various textile auxiliaries—such as detergents, leveling agents, softeners, penetrants, emulsifiers, and antistatic agents—are mostly surfactants or surfactant-like substances. During washing, dyeing, and finishing, mechanical agitation easily generates excessive foam.

Foam Hazards

Foam interferes with production operations, reduces output, causes defects like spots on fabrics, lowers product quality, and increases production costs.
