Boiler Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor
Properties:
This product is composed of polycarboxylates, organophosphonates, and new copolymers. It is non-toxic, non-polluting, easily soluble in water, and features excellent chemical and thermal stability. It has strong chelating, dispersing, anti-scaling, and corrosion-inhibiting properties. Proven effective in 2t–10t boilers over years of operation, it helps achieve GB1576-85 standards. Old scale loosens and falls off, while new scale is prevented, improving boiler efficiency and saving over 10% in energy consumption, ensuring safe and economical boiler operation.

Application:
Suitable for low-pressure steam boilers with evaporation capacity <10t/h and pressure <13 kg/cm² using untreated water.
Dosage:
- For direct in-boiler treatment: Add 40–100 g per ton of makeup water
- For feedwater treatment: Add 20–50 g per ton of makeup water
- Can be added directly to the water tank or continuously dosed via a drip system
