Product Introduction
The compound silica remover is a new water treatment chemical developed by our company. It is designed to remove fine silicon dioxide that is hard to treat. It reacts quickly with silica in the water. The reaction forms a solid that separates from the water. This helps reduce silica levels below the required standard and purifies the water.

How to Use
- Before use, dilute the product to 10–20% concentration. Liquid products can also be used directly. Use tap water for dilution. No heating is needed.
- The product works in a wide pH range. Dosage is generally 0.1–1.0 kg per ton of wastewater. Actual dosage should be tested in the lab using a beaker.
- During testing: Take a sample of wastewater, add the silica remover, Stir for 10–30 minutes, Then add a flocculant (PAM), Stir again to let it flocculate and settle.
- Can be used alone or with other flocculants and coagulants.
Storage and Packaging
- This product is corrosive. Operators should wear protective gear. Avoid moisture, high heat, direct sunlight, and rain.
- Packaging:
- Solid: 25kg/bag (or as requested)
- Liquid: delivered by tank truck or packed in 25KG / 1000KG plastic drums
