Product Description:
This product is a high-cationic polyelectrolyte. It dissolves easily in water and has good stability. It works through charge neutralization and strong adsorption bridging. It is ideal for separating oil and water mixtures in oil extraction. It also works well on wastewater or sewage containing anionic chemicals or negatively charged fine particles. Whether used alone or with inorganic coagulants, it can quickly and effectively separate or purify water. It also speeds up flocculation and helps reduce overall treatment costs.
Applications:
The oil-water separator is used in oilfield wastewater treatment from secondary and tertiary oil recovery, and polymer flooding. It is also suitable for oily wastewater from refineries, food processing plants, and paper mills (including mid-stage and deinking wastewater). It can also be used for urban underground sewage. It removes oil quickly and effectively. The separated water is cleaner. Compared to inorganic coagulants like PAC, this product produces much less sludge, which lowers treatment costs.

Usage Method:
Dosage should be determined through a beaker test. It can be used alone or with polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and polyacrylamide (PAM).
Storage and Packaging:
This product is packed in 50KG or 125KG sealed plastic drums. Avoid contact with oxidizing agents. Store at room temperature. Shelf life is one year.
