Cause of Foam
During slag water treatment, the incinerated slag contains surfactant-like substances. When stirred and rotated in the slag cleaning equipment, it generates large amounts of foam.
Foam Hazards
Foam can quickly overflow from sedimentation and storage tanks, negatively impacting the work environment and posing safety risks. It may also lead to incomplete slag cleaning, reducing product quality.
