After 29 articles covering every aspect of PAC chemistry, application, quality, and procurement, this article answers the question that matters most to buyers making a final supplier decision: why should you choose our PAC products over the alternatives?
The answer is not about chemistry alone — PAC chemistry is broadly similar across quality suppliers. It is about what we deliver alongside the chemistry: consistent quality, verifiable documentation, technical expertise, and a supply relationship that supports your treatment system over the long term.

What Buyers Are Actually Looking for in a PAC Supplier
Experienced PAC buyers have learned — often through problems with previous suppliers — that the right supplier delivers four things simultaneously:
- Consistent product quality — the same basicity, Al₂O₃ content, and heavy metal compliance in every batch, not just the first few
- Complete documentation — batch-specific COA with full quality panel, available before and at every delivery
- Technical support — engineers who understand coagulation chemistry and can help optimize your dosing program, not just order fulfillment staff
- Supply reliability — product available when you need it, with adequate lead time communication and emergency supply capability
These are the criteria we are evaluated on by our customers. Here is what we offer on each.
Our Product Quality: What Sets It Apart
Basicity Consistency
Our PAC products are manufactured with basicity control within ±2–3 percentage points of specification across batches. For our standard drinking water grade product (30% Al₂O₃, 75% basicity), the last 24 consecutive batches have all tested within 72–78% basicity — a consistency that directly translates into predictable dosage requirements for operators.
Low basicity variation means you set your dosing pump once based on a jar test and it stays correct until the water quality changes — not batch to batch.
Al₂O₃ Content Verification
Every batch is tested for Al₂O₃ content by ICP analysis before release. Our quality control threshold is ±0.5% of stated specification. Product outside this range is rejected and not shipped. We retain samples from every production batch for 12 months — available for independent verification at any time during that period.
Heavy Metal Compliance
Our drinking water grade PAC is manufactured from pharmaceutical-grade aluminum hydroxide feedstock — the highest-purity aluminum hydroxide commercially available. This eliminates the heavy metal impurity variability that affects products manufactured from bauxite or lower-grade feedstocks.
Every batch COA includes a full heavy metal panel: arsenic, lead, cadmium, chromium (total and hexavalent), mercury, nickel, and selenium — the complete panel required by NSF/ANSI 60 and EN 883.
Certifications Held
- NSF/ANSI 60 certified (drinking water treatment chemicals) — current certificate, verified at nsf.org
- EN 883 compliant (EU drinking water coagulants)
- ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility
- GB 15892 drinking water grade compliant (Chinese market)
Our Technical Support: What It Means in Practice
Dosage Optimization
Our technical team includes chemical engineers with direct field experience in coagulation system optimization across municipal, industrial, and mining applications. When you contact us with a performance question, you speak with someone who has conducted hundreds of jar tests and troubleshot dozens of treatment systems — not a sales representative reading from a product data sheet.
We provide:
- Remote jar testing support — guidance on procedure and result interpretation
- Dosage calculation assistance — converting jar test results to pump settings and purchase quantities
- Seasonal dosage recalibration recommendations based on source water data you share with us
- Troubleshooting support for under-performing PAC systems — root cause diagnosis and corrective action recommendations
Application-Specific Guidance
We have supplied PAC to:
- Municipal drinking water plants (WHO/NSF certified applications)
- Industrial wastewater treatment across textiles, food processing, mining, petrochemical, and paper sectors
- Remote and developing market installations requiring powder PAC and low-resource dosing systems
- Advanced treatment trains combining PAC with membranes, AOP, and biological treatment
This breadth of application experience means our guidance is specific to your situation — not generic reference data that may not apply to your water type or treatment configuration.
Response Time
We commit to a 24-hour response time for technical inquiries from existing and prospective customers. For urgent operational issues — treatment failure, supply emergency — we provide same-day response.

Our Supply Reliability: What You Can Count On
Production Capacity
Our manufacturing facility operates continuous polymerization production — the process configuration that delivers the tightest batch-to-batch consistency. We maintain production capacity significantly above current demand, providing headroom for urgent orders and peak demand periods.
Safety Stock for Customers
We maintain dedicated safety stock for major account customers — 14–30 days of their average consumption held in our warehouse, separate from general inventory. This protects against supply disruption from logistics events without requiring customers to hold the full safety stock themselves.
Lead Times
- Standard orders: 7–14 days for domestic supply; 4–6 weeks for international export
- Urgent orders: 48–72 hours for domestic; contact us for international urgent options
- Emergency supply: same-day dispatch capability for domestic customers holding safety stock agreement
International Export Capability
We supply PAC to customers in over 40 countries. Our export documentation team provides complete documentation packages for any destination: commercial invoice, packing list, COA, SDS, certificate of origin, NSF/ANSI 60 certificate, and country-specific health or import certificates where required.
Selecting the Right Product for Your Application
We offer PAC across the full range of commercial specifications. Here are our primary recommendations by application:
| Application | Recommended Product | Key Specification |
|---|---|---|
| Municipal drinking water | Liquid PAC DW-10 | 10% Al₂O₃, 76% basicity, NSF/ANSI 60 |
| Industrial wastewater (general) | Liquid PAC IW-10 | 10% Al₂O₃, 70% basicity |
| Export / remote supply | Powder PAC PW-30 | 30% Al₂O₃, 74% basicity |
| High-performance applications | Powder PAC HP-31 | 31% Al₂O₃, 80% basicity |
| Cold-climate / low-turbidity | Powder PAC HB-30 | 30% Al₂O₃, 82% basicity |
Not sure which product fits your application? Our technical team will review your water quality data and treatment objectives and recommend the right product — at no charge, with no commitment to purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we request product samples before placing a first order?
Yes — always. We provide samples of up to 5 liters of liquid PAC or 2 kg of powder PAC for qualified treatment facilities evaluating our products. Samples are accompanied by the full batch COA and technical data sheet. We ask that you conduct a jar test with your source water and share the results with us — this enables us to confirm the product is right for your application and to provide dosage guidance before your first order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For liquid PAC: minimum 1,000 liters (approximately 1 tonne) for domestic supply; 20,000 liters (1 ISO tank or approximately 24 tonnes) for international export. For powder PAC: minimum 500 kg (20 × 25 kg bags) for domestic; 1 × 20-foot container (approximately 18 tonnes) for international export. We can discuss smaller initial orders for new customers on a case-by-case basis.
We have had quality problems with previous PAC suppliers — how do you ensure this will not happen with your products?
Three things we offer that most suppliers do not:
(1) batch-specific COA with full heavy metal panel for every delivery — not just on request;
(2) 12-month sample retention — if a quality problem is identified after delivery, we can provide the retained sample for independent verification;
(3) periodic unannounced independent laboratory testing of our products as part of our quality management system, with results shared with customers on request. We invite customers to conduct their own independent verification at any time — we have nothing to hide.
Conclusion
Choosing the right PAC supplier is not just about getting the right chemical at the right price. It is about getting a consistent product with complete documentation, technical support that helps you get the most out of it, and supply reliability that protects your operation when demand peaks or logistics become difficult.
These are the commitments we make to every customer, backed by our manufacturing capabilities, quality management systems, and technical expertise.
